Fast food stores?

I was just curious and wanted to know how much it would cost to open a fast food store such as McDonalds, Wendys, or Chick-fil-a. This seems like a job that I would like to do because I want to major in a business related field, but I'm not sure how much you have to invest to start one. If anyone has an idea I would be interested in knowing. Thanks!
