i think she meant that we should change the people we meet, which is easily done by chaging the place you meet these people actually,

instead of hitting the clubs and flirt with strangers, attend other activities with a lot of fresh faces


a second part to the approach would be, if you're always flirting and portraying an "easy" person, try being more conservative, less flirty, so that people wouold not see you as someone "easy"
