How do u convert a wav/wmv to mpeg??

ahmm obviously i dont know anything about it.. so, pls help..i have this pm4 were, it has movies in it.. i just dont know how to download anything to it.. coz ive been trying and its not working.. some says.. i should convert the movie thing to .mpeg... how will i do that.

go to downloads.com and start searching for some softwares to do it, mpeg converter or something liek that, good luck hehehe
