9-5 routine

Who is fed up of the same 9-5 routine everyday? Here's your chance to let off some steam becuse it can be quite frustrating and stressful doing the same routine everyday till your 60 or so, right?

I got so fed up with my nine-to-five routine that I completely gave up on it and just quit. I hated wearing mini-skirts and heels. I hated having to report exactly thirty minutes before the bell just because there are things to be done before the boss arrives, when my body is still crying out for sleep. I hated having to deal with phone calls, serving coffee to visitors, etc., etc. There are some people who are born for life in the office, while some are just free spirits who are more suited to freelancing, and I really feel that I belong to the latter.

ya bet!
in the end, life's just too short to be complaining and wishing for too many things, i'm not saying that we shouldn't dream big, but know the price to pay if ya wanna achieve something, Rome wasn't built in a day!

Yoga, an ancient Hindu mind-body practice, can reduce stress and help you become calm and centered. It also builds strength and flexibility. Yoga is growing in popularity, especially with baby boomers. Most yoga practices in the U.S. focus on the physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Look for yoga classes at community centers, health clubs, or yoga centers. Before you sign up, find out what kind of yoga class you'd be taking, for instance, raja yoga, ashtanga yoga, power yoga.
