Availability of 5.1 channel car audio systems

Folks, I found answers to my every query bar one; I'm looking for a 5.1 channel speaker system with a 10-band graphic equaliser and Spectrum Analyser for my car; I also intend to have a mp3 player with the regular cassette deck, tuner and ACD tray. Can anyone tell me who manufactures the entire set. Else, what would be good if it is an assembled system?
