Wow, that's a really difficult question to answer unless that someone is familiar with the things you're talking about.
From a more general point of view, working abroad does have it's advantages, especially if the currency of the country where you new job is higher than the currency in the country you're working in right now. Apart from money, living abroad is not an easy thing to do as well, as you're bound to be separated from all the friends you know right now, and your family (parents and relatives)
If youy're married, then you gotta think about your spouse, your children perhaps, their education there if you're planning a long-term thing.
Long story cut short, there's a lot of things you need to consider before you make that decision, and in most cases, only you can tell what's the best decision to make on this issue. And oh oh, in the future, never regret the decision you made today, so, make your decision wisely today.
