Consume great foods

Consuming more of vegetables and fresh fruits can really make a difference to your fitness level. Make sure that you wash the vegetables and fruits before you eat them. But do not wash them after they are cut because that might reduce the level of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and other useful elements from the food.

Also don't boil or freeze your fruit and vegetables as valuable nutrients are lost in this way. Instead eat raw or steam.
