Healthy and female and any age..
The number of things that women do not know about their own bodies is appalling..let's start with this:
Young women lay down their calcium for strong bones THROUGH their teen years. A diet of soda(diet or not), cigs, red meat, and whatever street drugs and alcohol they can manage to sneak in result in YOUNG women with brittle bones in their 30s and who knows what ahead of them.
My sis-in-law; a hyper-thin red haired exercising calorie counting MANIAC found out she has full blown osteoporosis. She is in her early 40s.
BTW: Add birth control pills or shots to this and it makes matters worse... :shock:
knowledge is power. Find out what you are doing to yourself and fix it while it is fixable.
