Have gone through the site, did not read anything specific that it is for Indians only, these sites have been advertised there:

- http://www.thenetjobs.com/ : need to register with them (amount of $15 required)

- http://www.infogle.biz/ : telling how to earn big bucks via an e-book (Rs. 1350->Indian Rupees)

- http://pages.ebay.in/ebayexplained/sell1.html : ebay site guiding as to how to buy and sell at ebay itself.


Have written to above sites (not ebay) to clarify as to whether they hire Indians only. Shall inform as soon as I get a reply.

But, just in case, you wish to work at home, they are a number of freelancers online sites, where registration is free.

You can find a number of them by googling "freelance site" (even better the search by typing “Mexico” in “search within results”.
