What personal life?

I am such a type a personality, everything is work, work, work, and if I do attempt to go on vacation or relax its like my body literally cringes in fear sometimes. :cry:

My last vacation I actually got more stressed out because my mind was telling me I needed to do something, anything as long as it had some purpose other than lying on the beach.

I have to retrain myself to relax. I think I'll check out the next topic down in this forum and see what they're offering.

Yeha i have this problem too.
I just dont like sitting around and doing nothing. It really makes me feel uneasy and that life is ticking away and im just sitting and enjoying myself.
I guess in these cases when people feel like this the only thing they can do is , instead of relaxing doing nothing. They should find a hobby which they enjoy but is still a little demanding when it comes to effort, such as learning a musical instrument or painting or working out. This way when they are relaxing they arent wasting their time by enjoying it by working hard to develop a skill keeps them happy and healthy.

I'm so the opposite here,
I'd rather sit and do nothing, enjoy the beach, or watch a movie, anything that's relaxing and entertaining and not work related at all!



I guess you people must be workaholics huh
For me, seriously, nothing beats a good relaxing day, enjoying a massage and spa, or doing something romantic, enjoying the sun at the beach maybe, things like that, definitely not work or effort draining tasks!

Oh how I wish I could just do all those things I said, without worrying about work I think these kinda lifestyles are meant for those who don't have to worry a thing about money huh

My personal life... To relax myself, i'd prefer go to gym to build up my body. I go there 3 times a week. Do facial treatment once a week. Yeah sometimes i do love massage but not every people can massage you according to your needs. I'm still finding a person who have a strong and smooth massage hand cover my body with massage oil. Wah what a great personal life i have!

To some of you might think that my personal life is kinda boring. I would like to stay at home, listening to a slow instrumental music, reading books and magazine. I would prefer to get a red wine with me while i'm having my personal life. I can say this is the time for me to relax and to having my own sweet time. Home Sweet Home! hehe.......

Well everyone has his own interest . I have seen friends who want to do nothing and still take piece of every cake and be rich by doing nothing at all . An to tell them hard work is like a sin they want to do absolutely nothing at all .
At the same time some people might not like this kind of sucess as they want to be high in their own eyes .
