Is job satisfaction more important or money?

This is one topic that is really close to my heart and which I am spending sleepless nights over.

Is a job neccesary just to bring in money to you or shuld you be doing a Job that you really enjoy and which doesntpay that much?

I ask this because being an engineer I have seen that most of the jobs out there for us are purely monotonous repetitive jobs, But because it involves technical equipment they need and engineer doing the stupid jobs of pressing the buttons.

This really doesnt sound like what someone would want to be doing his whole life, but then again this is what pays most these days.

So what do I do? Suffer and earn money or break free and do what I truely enjoy and maybe someday i'll look back and regret not having that great car or house just because I was too selfish to want to enjoy my work.

Very confused about this and Im wondering if anyone else is.

My friend , see that you should not get away with a job that doesnot pay much because money is real important these days .Without money , you 'll see yourself in some stupid problems , so its better to avoid them at the first hand only .On the other hand ., it is as important to enjoy what you do , i.e. job satisfaction , because no one wants unnwanted tensions in real life .If you are not enjoying your job you may not be able to do the work as properly , plus you may crib there all the time , so settle in between .
