bowling clubs

Where I am we have two bowling lanes and each has their own league night. I've never been a part of a bowling league. Guess I didn't want to embarrass myself infront of other better players :oops: There was this one time when I was younger...I went to roll my bowling ball and threw it a little too far to the left. It ended up in the next lane. I scored for another group of people.

Hey, if you'd like to try your hand at a league, check with your local lanes about fun leagues - these are leagues where everyone is just in it for a good time, not so much to win.

The best thing about it is that you can hang out with people who are familiar with the game and get an idea of how to improve your game. Plus, it's a great excuse to drink beer and eat pretzels.
