ICC president Ehsan Mani quoted

India's love for cricket is enormous and the supporters here deserve a world-class tournament. The ICC Champions Trophy is that world-class event this country has been craving.

Top Ten cricket playing nation teams will play for this trophy in India from 7 October to 5 November in 21 different matches. The teams are Australia, England, New Zealand, West Indies, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe. The finals will be hosted at Mumbai's Brabourne stadium. Winners will get a cheque of $500,000 USD!

I will always support India as an Indian. But it will be difficult to beat Australia, since their play is consistently good. Yes, English players give surprises many times. You never know what will happen in any one day match. It can turn out to be anybody's game.

very true, Aussies are difficult to get through, but indians has won 17 matches continuously while chasing. Its a world record. I believe Indians are toooooo good in Indian subcontinent dear...
Just watch Dhoni, yuvraj and tendulkar don't forget pathan in between and harbhajan also..
Dravid will be there for defence also..
its only us no one can defeat us.....

Nobody mentions poor ganguly, he stills hopes to be in the squad. Despite, playing well many times, he is the victim of board politics. 8)

Very True but he needs to perform also. He enters the team due to the politics and if he is out due to that there shdn't be surprised and now since he opposed Dalmia, his come back is very very difficlut
