India and Pakistan host a common magnificence.... Ghazals. For me the best way to relax is listen Ghazals.
The origin of Ghazals were traced to be in Arabic countries. But they lost prominence in these countries. They were originally writen in Persian or Arabic. But now, mostly they are in Urdu language.
Today, Mehdi Hassan, Ghulam Ali, Jagjit Singh, Pankaj Udhas are the Ghazal singers having melodious voice, providing soothing music.
