try broadbandspeedtest.com , i think it has always given me the best of results , i only do a spped test when my connection slows down or i feel that someone is misusing my connection . thank god they provide speed tests otherwise , there is o way to check that actually what speed are you getting or you are paying for the thing that is there or not ?
