I think in the modern age, another ten years down the line, you REALLY have nothing if you don't know about computers, not to say completely nothing but as a career, to go forward or climb higher, it is advised to learn up computing skills, be it the basics, or the advanced, just don't be completely clueless when it comes to computing, you'll definitely lose out,
Today almost everywhere computers are used extensively. Every big organisation is now computerised i.e. Air Ways, Railways, Banks, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools etc. Higher the computer knowledge higher the return is todays mantra. So if anyone wants to rise in today's world he/she must have computer knowledge.
