Well the only gallery site I can think of (in english) is sheezyart.com which is like a knock-off of deviant art. However, I do know of some sites where artists gather to get comments on their work from other people. It's a great place to go if you want to see works in process and the methods used to make them. http://conceptart.org/ . A lot of the people who go there are extremely good.

Wonder how many of you have considered these digital arts to be a part of their home decorations, at least we should go for the changes giving way to new things and dumping the traditional items. As we all know changing with the time is what makes us at par with the world so why not introduce these form of art in the home?
