Manual or auto?

Which kind of car does everyone like to / already drive? Im learning on a stick, which wouldnt be so bad anywhere else. But in my city with tons of hills, its alot harder. I've never really driven an auto much so i dont know what I like better.

I like the manual too, but its getting a pain to learn on. I fear everytime I stop on a hill usually stall like 6 times per day! Everyone keeps telling me they did it when they learned and once you get it, youll be fine. Doesnt seem like I'll ever get it.

I learned driving on a standard, and in the beginning you do stall and have to start again. But after a while you get the feeling for it and it gets easier. But still sometimes you stall even after driving a long time. Now I am driving a automatic and love it ! I would not want to drive standard ever again. I have learned that with automatic you can concentrate on driving way more than with a standard. When you drive a standard you do have to drive and also shift. With automatic you don't have to do that. Just concentrate on the road.

To get the driving license in my country, you're going to need to learn and be tested with stick. But once you get the license, you can drive what ever you want. In my case, i abandon stick completely once i got my license. Plus, its a pain to drive stick with all those traffic jams that i have to go through. So, auto car please!
