Could someone explain the google ad money making idea to me

I see that google has a money making ad click. Really not sure if this ok to do. I have read somethings about it. I dont keep up with everything that goes on with the internet or alot of the search engines. But I have seen some articles about this.

Does anyone do this and what is it about????

I believe that the way it works is this. If you have a web site, you let them put a ad on it. When someone clicks on the ad you accrue either points or a certain value. After you build up enough clicks, you get money.

Well , which idea are you talking about ,one idea is adsense which requires you to have your own website and it works like this : you put up a good website with content , then you shopuld promote that website with good seo tecnoques to get some decemt traffic , on the website you can put up google contectual advertisement which you get by signing up for google adsense account , it is basically like selling ad space on your website , so whenever a user that comes to your website clicks on the ad in the google ads then you get paid a percent from google .

Also , i for got another idea is adwords account . basically thisis different as here google doesnot pay you , you use this adwords advertsing tp promote affiliate products , you need to pay goofle for the adwords advertising osts . what you do is taht you sign up with affilaite parties such as commision junction and clickbank etc and then promote their products through the adwords campain by writing some ads . now when the user clicks on the ad and goes on to buy that thikng that is called a conversion and you get commsion for that which can be anything from 5 - 100 or more dollars .

Yes, Mini has explained it well. Google Ad (see here) is something by which you can earn money, and create traffic. You need to undertsnad it well to exploit it to your benefit. Moroever, there are programs that help you to undertand them like the "Adsense Decoded Program".
