Is flirting with co-workers harmless?

There is a guy in my office who flirts with me a little. It's fun, but we're both married. Is this bad of me?

Healthy flirting happens nowadays in our corporate world. There is nothing wrong in that. You can carry on flirting as far as you know when to stop and not get physical. As well as make sure that the opposite sex does not take you for granted just because you flirt with him or her. There are instance when flirting leads to assumption that the opposite person is interested in you and ready to go for everything.

lol, well, don think i'll ever get that from where i work now

most of the women here in my office are married or married with kids, so, however the flirt goes (if any), i'm not foreseeing anything to happen lol

oh yeah, to give a clearer pictures, they're all minimum 10 years older than me, i'm like the littel boy in the office, so, seriously, i don't foresee anything to ever happen that way lol
