I am lots older then you are, but I have made alot of friends around the world on the internet. One way I was able to do it was to go in websites that offer things I am intrested in. I like sports racing. I went in and found a site i could talk to other People that like the same thing I like. Soon they would look for me on that site to see if I would come in and talk we have a good time.

With you being young please please be careful never let anyone come to your home or say you will meet them. If at some time you feel this way. Talk to your mother and father frist and have them set up the meeting with them present.

Today I have friends in just about every country and place on earth.

Remember be careful but have fun.

Very true indeed. But its realy difficult to make friends here online. If you made some of them all over the world that's great.

well there is no harm in making frens as ...err sorry i don rem ur name ....but really u know v guys spend a lot of time thinking ..n thinking nonsense ...n sometimes v think all rubbish so just pls give ur brain some rest n open up just the first door of ur hrt ....
i kno it was stupid but really m outta wrds n so ....

hello there,
my name is ayobami. am a nigerian and black and a proud people. i like to make friendz. but my problem iz trust. most of the internet friendz i have try make in recent timez have alwayz turn out to be fraudulent.
on several occassion i have recieve mailz from people hu want ma friend but on investigation they are fraudsterz.
thiz and several other experiencez have made me to b very careful and watchful.
i live a very social life and am careful how i do thingz. iam a straight forward personality.
i need friendz whom i can trust and they can trust me too. a well learned and widely knowledgeable fellow. he must not b a liar .
i like sportz, travelingz , site seeing and holidaying. i love adventurez.
people of all collour are welcome.

Its a very good idea to be very careful on making cyber friends. Till last week I had never got any friends who cheated me on net. But now, one of them was fraud and more than that he was one of my good friend in my city and I knew him by face.
But my question is that how would you investigate that this or that net buddy is fraud. I mean howwwww???

This is something too that will happen in real life just like it did too you. We need to have good faithful friends, just social friends, and casual friends.

I look at my friends on the internet as social or casual, because of not really knowing who they really are and with those friends I will not share my whole life with them just things we have intrest in.

Now the freinds I have that I am able to see in real life I know more about them their life styles and that I am able to share more.

I have to best friends very close to me. One is a girl friend I use to work for for many years. But took a couple of years to build that realtionship up . Her and I talk about eveything. We share things and tears and laughter.
More than I would with anyone else, except for another friend I had. That was my husband. We were best friends before we got married. Now he is passed away and I lost not only my husband but my best friend.

You have to be careful who you choose for friends and what degree of friendship you would like to have them for. For me people on the internet are good soical and causal friends. Like most of you on this site.

Very true indeed, but it takes time to get that experience from life, which is the most appropriate path to choose a friend. Now, one of your friendship had taken two long years to build. both of you must have faced a situation where one of you must have thought that he/she betraying me. She wasn't your friend not because you had a found very good friend, it was because both of you hadled the situation very well.
