Tipping
The practice of tipping comes from the 16th century British coffee houses A tip or gratuity is a voluntary payment made to service industry employees i.e. waiters, doormen, taxi drivers, etc which shows your appreciation for services rendered. Tipping is totaly a social custom. BTW A tip is both a noun and a verb.
Tips are not just about cash. They are also about your giving ideas to colleagues and friends.
