What is CMM (capability maturity model)?
CMM (Capability Maturity Model) ranks software development companies depending on their purpose to gain better control over their Software development process. It is divided in 5 levels, each have different significances.
Level 1 is referred as Initial where organizations usually do not provide a stable environment. Level 2 known as Repeatable that repeats earlier successes on projects with similar applications. Level 3 is Defined where there is improvement over time. Level 4 is termed as Managed that adjusts and adapts as per the needs.
Finally, Level 5 is Optimizing that focuses on continuous improvements to achieve changing business objectives. :shock: :shock:
