is it any good?
there's also a competitor's similar product, oto care or something, which one is betteR? any idea guys? girls? i need it for a present to a friend, but not sure if it's a good choice.........

Though there are many products out there in the market that CLAIMS to slim u...have'nt u noticed that it always come with a fine print that says something like'...best if used with regular exerise...'

Instead of spending to buy a gift...why don't u jus give company to yr friend to go for jogging or jus walking...that shld do the trick!
