monitoring staffs and making sure they work as they should has always been a key secret to a successful business, it's called "management"
hell if i had a company dealing with a lot of drivers all the time, i'd definitely install GPS to monitor their activities to make sure that my business can survive, and avoid giving free money to those who just detour all the time to waste time!
