Vitamins

Vitamins are certainly essential to keep you healthy, but you need a constant supply because your body doesn't store them.

Eating a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, pulses, meat, fish and whole grains is the best way to make sure you get all the vitamins you need. Vitamin pills contain vitamins in a form which is less easily absorbed by your body.
