Benefits of Vitamins

Vitamin B12 is essential in the formation of neurotransmitters, chemical that communicate between nerve cells. B6 is required for building and breakdown of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Vitamin B1, also known as Thiamine HCI, required for functioning of body cells. Chromium is used for building muscles, and fatty acids block the storage of excess fat.
