there is no one answer for the best use for anyone as the age range of the users of internet varies widely , ther are children of the age 10 to the people aged as 85 using the internet and aso the youger generation is always there . plus now the thing is that everyone of these have different needs with regards to the internet , chidren might be interested in some games or educational material , whileolder people might have some work or some thing like just keeping in touch .
