The mobile alert service can provide an array of opportunities to customers. They can deposit or withdraw a limited amount, balance amount, issue a new chequebook, bounce cheque that are already deposited or issued. This facility also enables customers to “pull” account information in to their handsets at their own convenience. They can also pay their mobile bills through mobile banking facility, using PINs allocated for additional security.
