Spiral model

Spiral Model provides rapid development, combination and advantages of both top-down and bottom-up concepts. Software is developed in a chain series of releases. During each phase, the release contains paper model or prototype, which at later stages produces complete, engineered systems.

Big companies generally use spiral Model and implement it on large projects, as they need constant review to stay on target.
