Junk food
Not only is junk food nutritionally poor, it's loaded with things which are very, very bad for you.
Refined sugar and saturated fat give you a quick energy boost, but it's very shortlived, so unless you happen to be running a marathon at the time you just turn all the energy into fat, then you crave another sugar and fat hit very soon after when the energy runs out. This throws your blood sugar levels into chaos, and puts a lot of stress on your system, which can lead to very serious health problems like diabetes. You'll also constantly feel unwell and unenergised.
Junk food is also full of things like artificial preservatives, colourings and flavourings, which have all kinds of bad health effects, particularly if you're sensitive to them.
Eating junk food occasionally won't kill you, but don't make it regular part of your diet.
